Where are your products available for purchase?

Our products are only available for purchase through our site personacosmetics.co 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to US and Canada and over 220 countries worldwide via MyUS. Please make sure to follow the instructions on our international shipping page if you are shipping outside of the US and Canada.

Where are your products made and are they cruelty-free?

Our products are made here in the US and will always be cruelty-free.

How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped?

You will receive a email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

What is the method of shipping?

We use USPS First Class mail for US and Canada shipping. We have partnered with MyUS for international shipments outside of US and Canada. Please note that tracking numbers are not always available for shipping to Canada. Additionally please allow time for customs delays when shipping to Canada.

How much does International Shipping cost to my country?

To estimate shipping cost to your country please use the shipping calculator and enter 0.5 pounds for the weight field for each (1) palette you are purchasing. For example if you are purchasing qty 2 palettes please enter 1 pound in the weight field.

How long will shipping take?

Please allow for 3-4 business days for shipping within the US and 7-10 days for shipments to Canada. For Canada please note there may be an additional customs delay. For international shipments please track your shipment from your MyUS account. Once we have shipped to the MyUS facility we are not held responsible for the shipment package and you will need to contact MyUS for any information regarding your shipment.

What is your return policy?

We strive for the best customer service experience and will accept returns if you qualify. Please read our return policy here and send any specific questions regarding returns to info@personacosmetics 

How do I know if I made the limited quantity pre-sale cut off?

If there wasn't a red notification prompting you that pre-sale has ended then your product will ship within 3 business days. 

If there was a red notification then your product will ship on 12/20.
