Where are your products available for purchase?
Our products are only available for purchase through our site personacosmetics.co and ulta.com
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to US and Canada only however we are working on adding distribution to international countries very soon. Please be sure to sign up to our newsletter for any upcoming changes and announcements.
Where are your products made and are they cruelty-free?
Our products are made here in the US and will always be cruelty-free.
How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped?
You will receive a email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
What is the method of shipping?
We use USPS First Class mail or Priority for US and Canada shipping. Please allow time for customs delays when shipping to to countries outside of the US.
How long will shipping take (US and Canada)?
Please allow 2-3 days to process your order & 2-3 business days for shipping within the US and 7-21 days for shipments to Canada. For Canada, please note there may be an additional customs delay/fee which the customer would be responsible for. Due to the high volume of orders during product launches and sale periods, we may experience a delay in shipping.

Yes! We ship to over 190 countries.
How long will international shipping take?
For USPS First Class International Mail, deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive, but USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

Please note items shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Pérsona Cosmetics.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
