We want to ensure you'll love your Persona product so we'll be happy to help with a return within 14 days of purchase from www.personacosmetics.co. Please send us your order # and the reason to email@example.com and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. We except returns for US orders only.
Once your return is received we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. We except refunds for US orders only.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still need help locating the refund please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us using the messenger feature on our site.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
